Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
To initiate a return, please contact us at our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Warranty
All products sold by Yapi come with the full manufacturer’s warranty. In addition to our returns policy, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 apply.
Exceptions
Items returned in a used, damaged, or incomplete condition may not be eligible for a full refund. Sale items are subject to the same returns policy as full-price items.
