Delivery timeframes
Delivery times vary by product. Some items ship from local stock; others are sourced directly from suppliers and may have a longer lead time. Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page.

Backorders
Due to high demand, some products may be on backorder. Where this is the case it is clearly noted on the product page. Your payment will be taken at the time of order and we’ll keep you informed of your delivery status.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product and delivery address. Any applicable charges will be shown before you confirm your order.
